Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 3–4 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email along with tracking details so you can track your order.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and contact details.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
